Titles sync automatically once a day from the FTP feed (see the status line above the title grid). Use this to pull in a fresh file immediately instead of waiting, or upload one by hand if the automatic sync isn't set up yet. Matches by ISBN and title, so importing a newer feed updates existing titles instead of duplicating them — Canva folders, Drive links, and budget data already set are left untouched.
