Promotions

Every promotion across every title, paid or free: NetGalley, Book Riot, Open Road, Shelf Awareness, BookBub and the rest. A daily scan reads booking confirmations and invoices from Gmail, Slack and Granola and adds each one here. Once a promotion is Booked, it's also copied to MAPP Daily (without the cost), so nobody has to enter it twice.

Forwarding: send confirmation and invoice emails to [email protected] with “Promotion” in the subject. NetGalley promotion exports and the weekly QuickBooks spend report go to reports@ as usual. The QuickBooks report fills in costs and marks promotions Paid automatically.
