These replace manual uploads: the dashboard embeds each doc read-only and re-runs its analysis automatically whenever the content changes. Set each one to Anyone with the link — Viewer (Share → General access) before pasting.
Boards & folders
Public share link (in Milanote: Share → Public link). The dashboard embeds the board read-only for the whole team.
The dashboard finds this automatically from the ISBN nightly and pulls the average rating, total review count, and featured review text — same treatment as Goodreads. Only set this if a title isn't found automatically, or has more than one NetGalley listing and the wrong one gets picked.
