Edelweiss Season Checker
Compares a season's ONIX list with Edelweiss and tracks what each title still needs. It only runs when you click.
Edelweiss data: how it gets refreshed
Edelweiss has no export or API, so the check reads a saved copy of what's in your catalog. Claude refreshes that copy by opening Edelweiss in your Chrome, which needs one message from you:
Title list builder: the button at the top copies the list name (like "Authors Equity Spring 2027") and opens the S&S portal. Paste it into Title List Search. To skip the paste, drag Fill title list search to your bookmarks bar and click it once the portal is open; it types the name in and searches.
LYX titles are left out for now. Positioning graphics and videos are still marked by hand.
Backup: paste a list yourself
Drag Copy Edelweiss list to your bookmarks bar, click it on an Edelweiss catalog page, then paste here.
Checks that every ONIX title (except LYX) is in the full Authors Equity catalog with the right pub date and price.
